Hi, I'm Lori. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership — a space where you can be honest, ask questions, and move at a pace that feels right for you. Over the past 11 years, I've had the privilege of working alongside people navigating some of the hardest chapters of their lives, from young clients finding their footing to service members and families carrying the weight of military life. That experience has shaped how I show up for my clients today: with patience, honesty, and a genuine belief that meaningful change is possible. My goal is simple — to help you feel heard, supported, and equipped to move forward on your own terms. 

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to fit your mental health journey.

Lori McDunn, M.Ed., LPCC is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 11 years of experience providing mental health therapy services across a variety of clinical settings. She earned her Master of Education in Counseling and Human Services from Lindsey Wilson College. Ms. McDunn’s experience includes residential treatment, adult substance use services, and three years as a Lead School-Based Therapist for children and adolescents ages 5–18. Additionally, she has served as an Outpatient Clinical Director and spent three years as a Military and Family Life Counselor supporting service members and their families. For the past six years, she has worked as a virtual therapist, offering accessible online counseling and client-centered care. Her advanced training includes three years of doctoral studies in Counselor Education and Supervision and one year of doctoral coursework in Clinical Sexology. Ms. McDunn is committed to ethical practice and supporting clients in achieving meaningful personal growth and emotional well-being.
